The FLOAT Convention held every other year is the only American Convention for the Advanced Balloon Decorating Professional. This year’s the convention was a sold out affair hosted in St. Louis, MS from January 26 – January 29, 2020. “FLOAT was AMAZING” says Jamie. She participated in 2 of the competitions as a teammate to a balloon colleague in Baltimore, MD. She met other balloon artists from around the globe. The conference was jam packed from opening night costume contest to karaoke to classes, competitions, vendor shopping and the closing night awards gala.
Jamie took both balloon technique classes and business classes. She cannot wait to bring her new skills and trending balloon designs to her clients. She is so excited to try many of the new techniques she learned & use some of the new products introduced at FLOAT.
